Electroless Nickel

Luster-On EN-1100

Semi-bright high corrosion resistance ductile electroless nickel process. The Luster-On EN-1100 Electroless Nickel is a high phosphorus, high corrosion resistance process designed to produce semi-bright deposits for engineering applications where ductility and  maximum corrosion resistance are important. This process features excellent stability and ease of operation, and produces deposits which are smooth, hard and highly corrosion resistant. Suitable for use on many different substrates including steel, stainless steel, cast iron, copper and copper alloys, titanium, beryllium, nickel alloys and aluminum. Additional advantages of the EN-1100 process include high tolerance to metallic impurities, long bath life, and ease of waste treatment.
