Brass Plating Process E-Brite B-150 A single additive brightening process with excellent throwing power and a very high speed plating rate. A virtually trouble free process with excellent color uniformity and ease of operation. Electrosolv Promotes anode corrosion and stabilizes the solution. It increases anode efficiency, reduces carbonate build-up, and greatly reduces anode polarization. Electrosolv is consumed only by dragout. B.P.A. Brass Passivating Agent Chromated finish applied cathodically over brass, copper or silver plating to prevent cyanide spotting out. Preserves original color, protects the finish while in process and promotes adhesion and long term corrosion resistance with clear lacquers. Excellent bath life - no dumping as with conventional chromates. |
